The International Food Safety Institute sincerely believes that protecting our customer’s health is the very most important item on our industry’s agenda.

The International Food Safety Institute will provide an on-site installed basic food safety program developed to the standards of several major third party certifiers that complies with Federal and state food safety standards to any organization that is unable to afford its own program.

This program is without charge but IFSI may request travel and lodging expenses depending on the location of the organization and the time of year. This program is also subject to the current activities of IFSI, however once accepted into the program the organization will be assisted to this end.

IFSI will assist any organization over the telephone for no charge whatsoever. This service has always been available to those parties who need immediate or long-term assistance. IFSI will also provide specific programs and policies to those who need them and do not have the resources to afford the assistance.

IFSI desires to be a good partner in the food industry and see this approach as the most beneficial way to be a good steward of its place in the industry.

Although this program can be resource intense, IFSI believes that this program is a better approach than downloading a “one size fits all” food safety program off the Internet approach to food safety. Each organization is as different as night and day and assuming the reader will understand the intricacies of food safety and implement a downloaded program that protects the public health is a poor approach to solving problems.
